Order processing and shipments
Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing.
We ship from the US.
International deliveries might be between 2-3 weeks.
We cannot guarantee that it will arrive at a certain date.

Please allow extra time for holidays and possible shipping delays that might be caused by circumstances surrounding covid-19.

The times listed above do not apply to pre-orders. We do not offer refunds or cancellations of pre-order items. Typically we try to get pre-ordered items within 5-6 months of launching a pre-order campaign. If there is an issue with our manufacturer, we will reach out directly through email with updates and/or our customer newsletter.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products.
Due to the small size of this business, we are not able to offer refunds for submitted orders.

Can I change my mailing address or cancel my order?

Please reach out to keelyajm@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change your mailing address or cancel your order. In the email subject please include: "Cancel - Your Order #".
If your order has already been fulfilled and processed, I will not be able to change the order or issue a refund.
